Sample articles from the trade press by James E. Gaskin (that's me). Most links will take you away from this site.

PS: Many of these links referred to the now departed InterActive Week. I'm working on cleaning up this mess without referring everyone to a pay-to-read archive, so if one article doesn't work, try another.

Slash Dotted!

The start: The Vista Budget Vacuum (ITworld)

The Slash Dot Article - entry was pitched simply as an "upgrade to Vista" story, but I wrote about moving to the
entire "Vista Experience" promised by Microsoft. This includes Vista with the Aero Glass interface, upgrades
to Microsoft Office 2007, and enough new server backend applications (like Exchange 2007) to provide
all the collaborative improvement promised by Microsoft. Lots of noise. I wrote about the experience in my
ITworld column entitled Vista Vacuum Blowback.
